杨文志,中共党员,博士生导师,入选第三批天津市人才发展特殊支持计划“青年拔尖人才”与天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程(第二层次)。北京大学博士(理学),中科院上海药物研究所博士后(2013-2015年),2017年引进至天津中医药大学。任天津市静海区青年联合会第一届委员会委员,SCI期刊《Phyton》副主编,《药学学报》中英文两刊青年编委、《中草药》青年编委;APSB、JCA、JCB、ABC、JPBA、Phytomedicine、Phytochemistry、中草药等30余种期刊审稿人。 当前研究兴趣主要是中药整体性质量控制方法研究。致力于中药复杂体系系统表征与整体性质量评价新技术开发,以“整体观”为指导,围绕中药“系统物质基础阐释、整体性鉴别与全面质量优劣评价”三个方面,构建基于“离子淌度质谱、多维色谱-质谱联用、超临界流体色谱、质谱成像”等优势分析技术的现代中药质量研究技术体系,重点发展基于多维色谱/高分辨质谱多变扫描模式的中药多成分“拟靶向”、目标类成分非靶向鉴定等技术;提出“类结构同法表征”中药质量标准研究新模式。对人参属、钩藤属、红花属等中药材与相关成方制剂物质基础与质量评价方法进行了深入研究,取得一系列成果。 主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目、天津市自然基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题任务、天津市教委重点项目、天津市卫健委中医药重点领域科技项目等纵向课题共5项与横向课题等,主持完成国自然青年项目与中国博士后基金一等面上项目。以第一或通讯作者在Anal. Chim. Acta(3篇), Acta Pharm. Sin. B(2篇), J. Chromatogr. A(9篇), Adv. Synth. Catal., J. Nat. Prod.等期刊发表SCI论文46篇(包括1篇“ESI高被引论文”),累计影响因子 > 170;H指数24,SCI引用> 1600次。以第一完成人申请发明专利3项。 多次受邀在国际、国内学术会议、行业交流会等做报告。获得《药学学报》2017年与2019年“优秀审稿人”。协助指导2016届博士研究生邱实获得2018年“全国中医药优秀博士学位论文”;指导5名硕士研究生获得国家奖学金。 近五年代表论文 [1] Y.X.
